Sylvia Lim is an experienced risk management, internal audit and fraud risk professional with more than 20 years of industry experience and over 10 years of professional training experience. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and also holds the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and AI Strategy and Governance certification with University of Pennsylvania.
Sylvia is the Founder of DECODA Systems Group, where she developed the DECODA Decision Clarity Architecture (DCA), a practical framework that helps professionals apply structured human judgement to improve the quality, transparency and defensibility of important decisions in an increasingly AI enabled workplace.
She specialises in helping risks and internal controls professionals combine Generative AI with professional judgement to improve productivity without compromising governance, critical thinking or decision quality.
