Mr Steven Ee is the Principal Consultant with FMS Associates Asia Pte Ltd, a well known facilities organisation that provides solution for facilities managers. Steven is an experienced Trainer that will share his FM experiences and practical practice both the private and public sectors as well as the NGO environment. Steven’s training style highly interactive and using the adult accelerated learning methodology.
Steven Ee is the author of “Value-Based Facilities Management”, and “Essential Managerial Finance for Facilities Management: Articulating the Value of Facilities Services in a Language Understood by Senior Management”, which have received praises internationally from FM authors, Fellows of renowned FM associations, and professionals. His mission is to raise the recognition of facilities management, has taken him around the world. His workshops and executive coaching have challenged facilities practitioners to raise the bar and earn respect as strategic resources for their organisation.
He has managed FM projects in different industries such as commercial building maintenance, water treatment, metal, breweries, semi conductor and the list goes on.
