Joelynne Chong is a highly experienced trainer, consultant, and performance management specialist with more than 20 years of proven success across multinational and local organisations. She is recognised as an expert in Performance Measurement, KPI design and evaluation, and OKR implementation, helping organisations strengthen alignment, accountability, and results.
Her career highlights include her appointment as Capability Development Director for the joint venture between Diageo and Shui Jing Fang in Chengdu, China. During this critical merger and acquisition process, Joelynne designed and implemented a comprehensive performance management system, established the organisation’s Corporate Academy, and conducted numerous workshops on KPI setting, performance feedback, and evaluation. She also collaborated with APAC regional teams to enhance leadership competencies and embed robust performance frameworks.
Joelynne’s expertise spans KPI management, OKR cascading, performance evaluation, and capability development. She also delivers training on leadership and management skills, influencing and persuasion, business and financial acumen, resilience and mental toughness, and train-the-trainer programs.
