She specializes in TTT, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Customer Service, Business Communication, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Critical Thinking, and Personal Development.
Anita's leadership extends to managing impactful in-house training programs, including a "Change Process" initiative for companies in Malaysia and Singapore, which focused on team development, communication skills, and problem-solving—generating significant cost savings. She also served as a part-time university lecturer in Organizational Behavior and Business Communication.
